Very happy with the service received. I had my HVAC maintenance checked today by technician Victor . Victor was very thorough checking out my system and was very clear explaining what he found. I’m now aware of certain things I was not aware of when it to came my HVAC system. My unit is 20 years old I definitely have some issues and concerns that I will need to address in the near future. Thanks to Victor I can now make an informed decision. Safety is the most important factor because of the age of my unit. Thanks to Central heating &cooling and their technicians I can now have the issues taken care of soon.

My wife and I wanted to take a moment to write a review on our recent experience with Victor from Central Heating & Cooling. We had an issue this morning with our furnace not coming on so we called Central Heating & Cooling to ask to have a tech come out and troubleshoot our problem. Victor came out and spent a good deal of time figuring out what was wrong. This is a new unit installed in May, so we were dismayed to be having any issues with this heater. After a very thorough check up Victor was able to diagnose and remedy our issue. It turned out to be an air flow problem caused by a Mud Daubers nest in the air intake way up high. Kudos to Victor for finding and fixing the problem. We highly recommend using Victor and Central Heating & Cooling for all your Heat and AC needs.

Irving showed up on time, was professional. knowledgeable, and easy to work w/ as their sales agent ,answered all my questions regarding the installation of a new HVAC system and made me feel comfortable w/ the process. I would never use this company again. Their prices are outrageous! They gouged me horribly! $285.00 per pound of freon. No one else was that high. It was a Sunday, my house was over 100 degrees... they ripped me off. I would NEVER recommend this company!

Victor was so great! Company was professional And helpful from the phone call to the appt. They arrived on time, fit me in so quick and got exactly what I wanted done!! They capped off a gas line so I could remove my old unsafe gas fireplace!!! So thankful and it was very reasonable in price!!

Jesus and Sam were awesome! I spoke to Jesus over the phone about the issues I was having with my AC and he had Sam come out right away to check it out. Sam was quick, professional and knowledgeable. He repaired a small part and cleaned up my outdoor unit in less than an hour. Now my AC is keeping temp again during the hottest time of the day. Thank you guys.

This Company is great, fast, fair price and honest. I had 2 companies come out and try to sell me a new system. Zo gave me repair and replacement options. There was no pressure the whole time he was here. He took the time to explain how my HVAC system works. We took the repair option to put a timeline on how long this repair will last, the next option will be to replace. When that day comes I will be calling Zo and his team to come install my system. Zo is a true asset to the company, thanks again!

Our ac wasn’t blowing cold on a hot day and the technician Zo came to check out our system. Turns out we needed freon. Zo took care of us and even cleaned our filter while he was at it. Amazing job and cold ac for these hot days.

I wish I could give 0 rating to this central heating and cooling horrible company and services. They came and overcharged us and didn’t even fix the issue and ripped us off. We are extremely unhappy and upset, seeking legal advise since they are not willing to refund our money back $1545 for not fixing AC. I’d request everyone to stay away from this scam company.
